Core renovation services

Our work centres on the rooms that shape daily life and property value. Kitchen renovation covers layout, cabinetry, benchtops, splashbacks, appliances, and services coordination. Bathroom renovation addresses waterproofing, tiling, fixtures, ventilation, and storage within often tight footprints. Full home renovation sequences multiple zones so the property remains coherent in finish and function. Interior renovation handles living areas, bedrooms, studies, and circulation spaces where layout, linings, flooring, and built-in storage need attention without necessarily moving wet-area plumbing.

What is included in our offer

Each service includes consultation, measured site review, written quote, project scheduling, trade coordination, quality checks at critical stages, and handover walkthrough. We do not sell design-only packages disconnected from build reality; our proposals reflect what can actually be constructed in your home.

Consultation and planning

Before any quote is issued, we visit your property to understand structure, services, access, and your goals. That visit is not a sales pitch; it is a feasibility conversation. We will tell you if an idea requires engineering, if a wall is likely load-bearing, or if a budget is better directed to a different scope for the outcome you want.

Planning also covers lead times. Custom joinery, stone fabrication, and specialty tiles have production windows that affect start dates. We map those early so your expectations align with supply reality with confirmed lead times.

Build and finish quality

Our offer emphasises installation quality — level cabinetry, consistent grout lines, clean junctions between materials, and hardware that is adjusted correctly. Cheap materials installed well outperform expensive materials installed poorly; we aim for both appropriate specification and skilled execution.

Compliance and safety

Licensed trades perform regulated work. Wet areas receive membrane systems installed to standard. Structural modifications are not improvised. Where council or private certifier involvement is required, we identify that during scoping rather than mid-build.

Communication and transparency

You receive a written quote, progress updates during construction, and written variation approvals when scope changes. Invoices align with agreed milestones. This is standard practice for us to keep scope and schedule clear.

Exclusions we explain upfront

We do not include unspecified landscaping, pool works, or structural engineering beyond what your project requires. If consultants are needed, they are named in the quote with fee responsibility clear. That clarity prevents the "I thought that was included" conversation mid-build.

Variations during build

Changes happen. Variations are written with price and time impact before execution. Verbal extras without approval are not invoiced — discipline protects both parties.

Site protection

Floors, gardens, and adjacent rooms receive protection agreed in scope. Damage from negligence is remediated; normal renovation dust in work zones is expected and managed, not eliminated magically.
