Four defined stages — consultation, scope and quote, renovation, and handover — so you always know what happens next and who is accountable.

  • 01 Consultation on your property
  • 02 Written quote and written scope
  • 03–04 Build program and handover pack

Four stages, one team

Each stage has a dedicated page explaining purpose, your role, our role, and typical duration. Together they form the backbone of every kitchen, bathroom, interior, or whole-home project we deliver.

01

Consultation — site visit, goals, feasibility.

02

Scope and quote — documented inclusions and price.

03

Renovation — scheduled build and site management.

04

Handover — walkthrough, care, and close-out.

Process

Renovation anxiety usually stems from ambiguity — not knowing when trades arrive, whether selections are locked, or how extra costs are approved. Our process answers those questions upfront and repeats the answers in writing when circumstances change.

Process also protects quality. Waterproofing checks, set-out verification, and inspection holds are built into stage three .

No pressure path: Consultation does not obligate you to proceed. Quotes expire with stated validity so you can compare and decide without open-ended holds on our schedule.

Your involvement

Clients remain decision-makers on selections, variations, and access arrangements. We advise; you approve. Response time on selections affects schedule — we flag deadlines clearly so delays are understood in advance.

Communication rhythm

During active renovation, expect regular updates — typically weekly at minimum, more often during intensive weeks. Phone 0424 128 886 reaches the project lead; connect@bruceinteriorrenovation.com.au copies documentation to your file.

Communication during delivery

You receive a primary contact for the life of the project — not a different person each week. Updates cover what happened on site, what is next, and anything requiring your decision by a stated date. Silence is treated as a defect in service; we do not leave you guessing whether trades will arrive tomorrow.

Ready to start? Read consultation details, review the FAQ, or request a quote to book a visit.

Begin at consultation

Start with consultation when you have a defined room or whole-home goal. Allow ninety minutes on site for typical kitchens or bathrooms; whole-home scope may need a second visit. Bring decision-makers where possible.

Documents you receive

Consultation notes inform the quote. Approved quote becomes contract. Variations are written. Handover adds care sheets and compliance where applicable. Keeping this trail supports clear records for owners and our team.

When process breaks down elsewhere

Most disputes we hear about other projects trace to undefined scope, verbal variations, or absent documentation. Our process is designed to prevent those failure modes — not to create paperwork for its own sake.
