We are not a volume builder or a referral platform. When you engage us, the people at consultation remain accountable through handover — from measure-up to defect closure.
Our workshop sits in Adelaide's north-east, close to the brick villas, mid-century homes, and newer estates we most often renovate. That proximity keeps site visits realistic and follow-up visits short when adjustments are needed.
What we believe
Renovation should be predictable. We structure work in defined stages with written scope and regular on-site updates while trades are active.
Your home already has character. Our role is to improve function and quality while keeping what works — heritage detail in a Unley villa, a cramped 1980s kitchen in Modbury, or wet areas in a coastal unit where waterproofing and ventilation must be right the first time.

How we work with Adelaide homes
Footings, roof structures, and services differ between a Semaphore cottage and a Newton two-storey. We assess each property during consultation, flag structural or plumbing constraints early, and specify finishes suited to South Australian conditions — hot summers and the need for durable daily-use surfaces.
Residential focus only
We work exclusively on residential projects. Scheduling, trade relationships, and finish libraries stay aligned with homeowner needs rather than commercial fit-out programs or speculative development margins.
Practical standards
Set-out is verified before cabinetry is ordered. Wet-area membranes are installed to specification and inspected before tiling. Licensed trades complete electrical and plumbing work and test before linings return. Materials come from established Adelaide suppliers where possible, supporting realistic lead times and after-sales support years later.
